Clients need not be burdened with organizing local accommodations, transportation, interpretation, visas, and scheduling meetings on their own during a business trip to China. PassageMaker works with the customer before, during, and after the trip to ensure a smooth and prosperous China business experience.

PassageMaker Provides:

• Translator and advisor for the key periods of your trip.
• Scheduling of meetings and site visits.
• Suggestions on accommodations and leverage of PassageMaker’s corporate rates with local hotels.
• Orchestration of transportation and arrangements between hotel and supplier within China (air, train, bus, taxi, limo, rental cars, ferry).
• Cell phones, internet facilities, local maps, tourist sites, shopping, currency exchange, and more can be added if requested.

Costs associated with provision of Guest Services are addressed in Client’s service agreement.

Travel Tips:

For prospective clients visiting for the first time, please consult our 2012 Trade Show & Holiday Schedule before planning your trip.

For our clients traveling from the USA, we recommend Washington Passport & Visa Service for your travel documents.

To maximize your effective time on the ground in China, when traveling from the USA we recommend you schedule your flight to Hong Kong International Airport (HKG) to arrive in the late afternoon, between 4:00 – 6:00 PM local time.  This schedule allows for dinner at normal time and a good night’s sleep to minimize the effects of jet lag.

We recommend the 999 Royal Suites & Towers to all our guests.  Our staff will be happy to help you with reservations.  In order for us to reserve rooms on your behalf, our staff will need the dates of your stay, your full name and passport number.  The trip from HKG to the 999 typically takes 90 minutes in normal traffic.  Our offices are 15 minutes from the hotel.
