For Microsoft
Windows users, please right-click on the Chinese address and
select "Save as". Then just simply print off the image and
attach it to all your mail inquiries.
To send us samples:
- Use a shipping company such as DHL,
UPS, or FedEx rather than the US Postal Service as they
are able to move goods through Chinese Customs Authority
at a faster pace and provide better global tracking.
- Make sure you retain your tracking
number.
- Cut and paste our Chinese address and
contact number (given above) to the package to ensure
local delivery person is fully informed.
- When describing the package contents,
be sure to include the following phrase, "Commercial
sample of no retail value"
- When possible, list the total
value of the packaged contents as USD $20 or less.
- Clearly mark the Express
Shipping Document for "Payment of Duty and Tax by
Sender". See sample below. If this section is
not clearly marked "payment by sender", then when the
goods arrive there is a high likelihood that the package
will be held at the custom's office indefinitely.
- If the value of the item is
greater than 600 USD or over 1 square meter in size please
contact PassageMaker in advance of shipping as
special documentation and import arrangements may need to be
made to ensure a smooth delivery.
