If the product is delivered to PassageMaker for further processing, then vendor coordination fees are provided on a per-unit basis as part of the Assembly/Inspection fee. If goods are shipped direct to client from supplier then the Vendor Coordination (no assembly/inspection performed at PassageMaker) fees take the form of a monthly retainer and/or percentage of purchase order value.
Majority of projects start at two thousand USD per month depending on the complexity of the product, location/number of suppliers and the frequency of orders.
As a rule
of thumb, initial production runs of new products require
more participation than repeat orders. Our Vendor
Coordination fees reflect this difference.
The direct savings that our customers enjoy with efficient
and effective supply chain management far outweigh the costs
to retain PassageMaker.
