A picture is worth a thousand words

Renaud Anjoran has done it again with a beautiful cartoon showing the steps involved in a typical random inspection. His blog is a great resource and this is the type of simple graphic communication I hope to move to on the PassageMaker website. Now that trade show season is almost over, I am hoping that we can get the long awaited video tours of our services and facilities up on the site soon.
